How payments are collected.

Payments are collected automatically on our behalf via our partner GoCardless. But only after we have been and cleaned your windows usually within 5-7 days after.
(It’s NOT like a standard Direct Debit where it’s collected on the same date every month)

You only have to sign up once & can cancel at any time if any problems occur either by contacting us or your bank.

We will leave a “Your windows have been cleaned” card if you are not home.

We can only see your name, address & email, we CANNOT see any bank details as GoCardless uses the Direct Debit system therefore all payments are secure & protected by your bank.
