Terms of Service
1.0 First visit
A surcharge may be required on your first window clean due to taking us longer to return the frames, sills, doors & of course the glass to their best condition, you will be notified of this before we carry out the clean.
1.1 How often will we visit
We offer approximately 4 or 8 weekly cleans/visits, we try our best to keep our visits as close as possible to the time scale you have chosen. But we do ask for some flexibility on this due to bad weather, public holidays and any other factors of the week.
1.2 Bad weather
We always try not to clean windows in the rain, however on rare occasions we will. We may also have to delay the cleaning on the day you are due, if weather conditions get to bad or dangerous.
1.3 Payments
Customers joining our 4 or 8 weekly window cleaning round are required to pay via our direct debit system GoCardless, and must sign up before being added to the schedule. details on how GoCardless works can be found on our website under “sign up for window cleaning”
1.4 Cancelling/skipping cleans
We try to be as reliable as we can for our customers, but we appreciate the customer being reliable too. What we mean by this is for example, if you have chosen a 4 weekly clean and want to skip a clean you may be charged the 8 weekly price for your property. Unless it is a genuine reason, you are having building work or on holiday ect. It is also too late for us to replace you with another customer if you cancel or want to skip a clean on the day you are scheduled on. Please try to give us at least 7 day notice.
1.5 Booking other services
If you are looking to book any of our one off/other services, on rare occasions we may require a deposit. Payments are required to be made by cash, BACS or gocardless within 24 hours after the completion of the work.
1.7 Complaints
We will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then offer a re-clean at no extra cost to rectify the work you are not happy with.
